REQUIREMENTS

• The Workbox Staffing Referral Bonus Program is effective 3/1/2023 to 2/2/2024. All referrals submitted on or after this 3/1/2023 are eligible for the referral bonus until the end of the program on 2/2/2024.

• Ambassadors: To be paid out referral bonus, Ambassadors and Referred Applicants must be in good standing with Workbox Staffing at the time of payout, NOT "Terminated" for job abandonment, attendance, conduct, or performance at the time of payout.

• Referred Applicant: To be paid out referral bonus, Referred Applicant must be in good standing with Workbox Staffing at the time of payout, NOT "Terminated" for job abandonment, attendance, conduct, or performance at the time of payout.

• Ambassadors have to be currently placed on assignment with Workbox Staffing and have worked a minimum of 100 hrs 

• Unlimited referral bonuses are allowed per Ambassador

• (1) paid out bonus per Referred Applicant 

• The Referred Applicant must be hired by Workbox Staffing and work 100 hours for contract roles and 90 days for direct hire roles for both parties to receive the referral bonus

• For the Referral Applicant to qualify, the referral form must be completed within 1 week of the Referral Applicant(s) assignments start date

QUALIFICATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

To qualify for the Workbox Staffing Bonus Program: Your referral(s) must be new and cannot have previously worked for Workbox Staffing; Your referral(s) must be hired by Workbox Staffing and work a minimum of 100 hours for contract roles or 90-days for direct hire management/non-management roles to receive your referral bonus; Referral bonuses will be paid one time per referral, and the Referral can not be a ‘pay plan employee’; This program excludes Tall Brown Dog, LLC employees; Each referral applicant is subject to a one-time payment, and the referred applicant may not be referred an additional instance; Payment will be made directly to the employee’s currently indicated method of payment; Referral requests must be done on your own time and not as a part of your regular work duties. This program is strictly voluntary, and there is no obligation to participate or refer any candidate to the referral program; Referral program may be canceled at any time.
